Q: Can you advise me as to the best method of renewing roofing liner on a wooden shed - nails or adhesive? Thanks Andrew
A: Adhesive tends not to stand up to the rigours of the weather very well, the traditional method would be to use felt tacks (or galvanised nails with very wide heads) every 10cm or so around the edges. Use bitumen mastic to weather seal any overlapping edges.
